Indie Rom-Com Bite Me Gets A UK Release Watch Trailer

Sometimes Love doesn’t suck, even when your a real life vampire? Bluefly Films and Adventure Kid announce they are set to release Romantic comedy Bite Me a UK Release next month, today you can check the film’s official Trailer.

The Rom Com is the second film from award-winning writer and director duo Naomi McDougall Jones and Meredith Edwards. There debut feature came out in 2014, Imagine I’m Beautiful which scooped the duo a total of 12 awards during it’s film festival run of that year. McDougall is a film activist and er of female filmmakers in Hollywood and even had her own TEDTalk sharing her ion for film.

The film also stars Douglas Jones in the lead role as Sarah a real-life vampire and the IRS agent who audits her. Will opposite attract? Will Sarah have the courage to fall in love and lover herself too?

When Sarah, a real-life vampire, gets audited by the IRS, the last thing she expects to get out of it is a date. But James, her hopelessly romantic IRS agent, thinks she’s other-worldly. As an unlikely attraction sparks between the two misfits, they are forced to confront whether they have the courage to commit the terrifying, radical act of falling in love.

The cast also includes Christian Coulson,  Naomi Grossman, Annie Golden, Harrold Surrat, Antino Crowley-Kamenwati, Mahira Kakkar, Mia Romero, and Cynthia Mace.

Bite Me will be released in the UK and Ireland as a Digital from 8th February.
