Second A Real Pain Trailer Teases The Dysfunctional Road Trip

This January, Jesse Eisenberg‘s A Real Pain will be in cinemas, today Searchlight Pictures release the second UK Trailer. A new promo that teases a buddy road trip might be a very dysfunctional trip full of fun and emotions.
Eisenberg directs and stars alongside Kieran Culkin in this Sundance Film Festival favourite. The pair play cousins who set on a road trip to Poland to pay their respects to their grandmother who recently ed. Things might look okay for David (Eisenberg) and Benji (Culkin), the relationship between the two is fragile.
Despite their differences in A Real Pain the cousins show they respect for their families matriarch. The connections to the world wars and they get a chance to feel the struggles she had when she was a girl during war time. Dramedy always seem to go down well not just with cinephiles but awards jurors?

A Real Pain follows mismatched cousins David (Jesse Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin) reunite for a tour through Poland to honour their beloved grandmother. The adventure takes a turn when the odd-couple’s old tensions resurface against the backdrop of their family history.
The film also stars Will Sharpe, Jennifer Grey, Kurt Egyiawan, Liza Sadovy, and Daniel Oreskes. A Real Pain will be in UK and Irish Cinemas from 10th January 2025.
