Sex, Jealously And Murder In Second Deep Water Trailer

Life can be complicated so can love and marriage like in Deep Water starring Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas. Ahead of the film’s release on Prime Video, Amazon have released a new second UK Trailer as sex, jealously and murder roam!

The erotic thriller is directed by Adrian Lyne (91/2 Weeks, Fatal Attraction) whose film originally was meant to have 20th Century Studios. It disappeared from their slate, assuming the film maybe a little ‘too naughty’ for Disney with Amazon picking up the film.

The film is based on the 1957 Patricia Highsmith novel of the same name. Affleck and de Armas  are a married couple whose marriage that’s unravelling. The pair decided instead of a messy divorce, the pair can have affairs however things spiral out of control.

Based on the Patricia Highsmith novel of the same name, Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas star as Vic and Melinda Van Allen, an affluent New Orleans couple whose marriage is crumbling under the weight of resentment, jealousy, and mistrust. As their mutual provocations and mind games escalate, things quickly turn into a deadly game of cat and mouse as Melinda’s extramarital dalliances start going missing. With sizzling and complex performances from Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas and helmed by one of the most celebrated filmmakers of the genre, Deep Water marks the return of the A-list erotic thriller, grabbing your attention from the start and refusing to let go as you discover just how far a person will go.

The film also stars Tracy Letts, Rachel Blanchard, Dash Mihok, Lil Rel Howery, Jacob Elordi, Finn Wittrock, and Kristen Connolly.

Deep Water will be released in the UK and Ireland on Prime Video from 18th March. If you live in the U.S and Canada, the film will be released the same day but on Hulu.
