The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society Gets New Trailer

Last month Studiocanal released the first Trailer for The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, we quickly learn this is not going to be a Johnny Vegas poor comedy. After her time as one of Winston Churchill in Darkest Hour, Lily James returns to a World War 2 this time as a free-spirited writer.
In three weeks time, the film arrives in the UK cinemas and Studiocanal, thought it would be a good time to release another UK Trailer. Despite the dangers of the invading Nazi’s shes a determined young writer who wants her story. Maybe also doing her bit for the ‘war effort’ too!
Lily James plays free-spirited writer Juliet Ashton, who forms a life-changing bond with the delightful and eccentric Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society when she decides to write about the book club they formed during the occupation of Guernsey in WWII.
